Welcome and thank you for considering my services. Advocacy Resources for San Diego (AR4SD) provides services that support parents as they conscienciously work to improve the academic and behavioral performance of  a child with special needs. Parents need to be fully aware of: 1) their procedural safeguards; 2) the federal and state education codes; 3) the format for writing an effective Individual Education Program (IEP), and ; 4) the tools to work cooperatively with special education staff members.

No parent/guardian should be unclear about any component of their child’s education. Every parent/guardian has the right to be the primary decision maker for their child’s educational program.
